How much does it cost?
There is a basic rate of 5 EUR per month and an additional 1 EUR per room per month. For a 4-bed guest house the cost would be 9 EUR per month. There is no commission payable, no signing up fee, no hidden cost and no long contract.
Is it necessary to be online all the time?
No. The software runs on our servers, which run 24/7 (with all sorts of back up’s in place). Every time that you log on and update your bookings (the non Internet bookings), the information is relayed to our servers and the information is immediately updated.
Will anyone be able to see all our bookings?
No. Prospective guests will only be able to query the availability for specific dates.
Is the software limited to displaying on one website?
No. You update your inventory in one place and the information is made available to any websites that you choose. This would include other accommodation websites that you already advertise on. We are in constant negotiations to include real-time-availability in as many other accommodation sites as possible. So you are not only improving your efficiency by teaming up with real-time-availability, but you are also increasing your marketing by being able to join up with some of our partner sites.
Do you charge commission?
No. The only fee that you will pay is the monthly service fee that is variable depending upon the amount of rooms.
Who does the guest pay?
We supply you with the clients credit card details in an encrypted form, and you charge the client directly.
How do I know if an Internet booking has been made?
You are sent an email with the complete details. The system automatically updates your inventory.
